Reservations
How: Contact Coral at 425.822.0533, e-mail her at
coral@betweenmoves.com, or fill out our
contact form to make a reservation. We need the following
information: number of guests, number of bedrooms, arrival date, approximate length of
stay and any special requests.
When: Reservations are typically taken 60 days or less prior
to arrival. However, feel free to check our availability for stays in the distant future as well.
Deposits: A security deposit of $500 will hold your
reservation. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Upon check-in,
it will transfer to a "damage deposit" and will be fully refunded within a week
of check-out provided the property is left in a non-damaged condition. (Note: three-bedroom homes
require $1,000 deposit)
Cancellations: Security (reservation) deposits
are fully refundable with a minimum 14 day notice prior to arrival.
Rent Payment: Rent for the first 30 days is due before
moving in. Subsequent rent is then paid every 30 days. Prepaid, unused rent, is refunded
upon moving out provided the minimum 14 day move out notice is given.
Move Out Notice: A minimum of 14 days notice is
required prior to vacating the rental (more is greatly appreciated). This helps keep
our rates low and quality high!
