I would say, staying in this house was a unforgettable chapter in my life. I could find every thing in the house for my need. Cleanses and maintenance of the property is amazing. Would like to convey sincere thanks to Coral for her great support during our stay.

Here are the expectations at the end of your stay before you vacate the property:
- Please return all furnishings and accessories to their original positions.
- Take all garbage out to the dumpster.
- Clean out the refrigerator and freezer, remove all food items from cupboards (any UN-OPENED items can be left on the counter if you don't want to take them with you. They will be donated to the local food bank.
- Wash all dirty linens you are not using the day before you leave and put them back in the linen closet, folded. If you have time before you leave, please wash any used sheets and towels you can, leave folded on the bed. Maids will make up all the beds. (Please don’t make the beds; we have to remake them to assure clean linens are used.) Start a load in the washer before you walk out the door to give the maids a head start, but don’t leave anything in the dryer, it wrinkles.
- Please lower heat to 60 degrees and turn off all lights.
- Leave all keys on dining room table, locking the door behind you. (You can leave a key under the mat if necessary to lock the door, the maid will be there that day to pick up the keys.)
- Leave a list for Coral about ANYTHING that needs attention or repair, or anything you feel is missing from the property inventory. We appreciate your feedback to keep our properties top notch. Your suggestions on what would make the property more comfortable are ALWAYS appreciated.
